1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "Member," or "you") and sltvip ("sltvip," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at sltvip.cam (the "Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all products, services, games, content, features, and functionalities made available through the sltvip platform, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, bingo, sabong, video poker, promotional offers, and payment services.

By creating a sltvip account, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent acceptance button, depositing funds, or otherwise accessing any part of the sltvip platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the sltvip platform and close your account. Continued use of sltvip following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the sltvip platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in online gaming as regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). sltvip strictly enforces this requirement and will take all reasonable measures to prevent access by individuals under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering with sltvip.
• You must not be listed on any governmental or regulatory exclusion register applicable to online gaming in the Philippines, including any PAGCOR exclusion list.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee, director, or officer of sltvip or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.

sltvip reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility will result in immediate suspension of the account and withholding of any withdrawal requests pending verification. Accounts confirmed to be held by individuals under 21 years of age will be permanently closed and all deposits returned, net of any wagers that have already been settled, in accordance with applicable law.

3. Account Registration and Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements

3.1 Registration

To access real-money gaming products on sltvip, you must create a Member account by completing the registration process available on the Platform. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and corresponds to your actual identity.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) sltvip account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, contact details, or devices — is strictly prohibited. sltvip employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be permanently suspended and any balances in excess of net deposits may be forfeited.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Consistent with the requirements of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and PAGCOR compliance obligations, sltvip is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing any withdrawal. KYC verification requires submission of the following:

• Government-issued photo ID: One of the following is accepted — Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID (PhilSys), Philippine passport, Land Transportation Office (LTO) driver's license, or Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID).
• Selfie verification: A current photograph of you holding your submitted ID, taken at the time of submission.
• Proof of payment method: Where required, a screenshot or confirmation of the GCash, Maya, or bank account registered to your sltvip wallet.

KYC verification is a one-time process. Once successfully verified, your account retains its verified status unless sltvip's compliance team determines that re-verification is required. KYC review is typically completed within 24 hours of submission. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.3 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times. Any change to your registered name, contact number, email address, or payment method must be reported to sltvip's support team immediately. sltvip is not liable for delays, errors, or losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Member.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your sltvip account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service or application;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Philippine mobile number, which sltvip strongly recommends for all accounts;
• Never disclose your sltvip login credentials to any third party, including individuals claiming to represent sltvip — sltvip's support agents will never request your password;
• Immediately notify sltvip's support team if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised;
• Log out of your sltvip account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

sltvip is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. Any activity conducted through your sltvip account — including wagers placed and withdrawals processed — will be treated as having been authorized by you unless you have notified sltvip of unauthorized access prior to the activity in question.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

sltvip accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. sltvip does not charge fees on incoming deposits; however, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits are credited to your sltvip wallet upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. GCash and Maya deposits are credited within seconds under normal conditions. Bank transfer and QR Ph deposits may take up to 30 minutes during peak periods. sltvip is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

By depositing funds on sltvip, you confirm that the funds originate from legitimate sources and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. sltvip reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from sltvip are subject to the following conditions:

• Your sltvip account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (matching policy), to the extent technically feasible.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction may vary based on your account's verified status and VIP tier.
• Withdrawals to GCash and Maya from verified accounts are typically processed within 10–30 minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business hours.
• sltvip does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees charged by the receiving payment institution are the Member's responsibility.
• Any active bonus funds subject to uncompleted wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement has been met.

sltvip reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of additional verification, fraud review, or compliance checks. In such cases, sltvip will notify the Member and indicate the expected resolution timeline.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on sltvip are processed exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP). sltvip does not accept, convert, or hold funds in foreign currencies. If you initiate a payment in a non-PHP currency through a third-party payment provider, any conversion is performed by that provider and sltvip bears no responsibility for exchange rates applied.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

sltvip offers various bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and other incentives to eligible Members ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual Promotion's description:

• Eligibility: Promotions are available only to registered, verified sltvip Members who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated for each Promotion. sltvip reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from free spins or promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough") before they become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits are stated in each Promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, bets placed on live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate toward bonus wagering requirements.
• Bonus Abuse: Practices designed to exploit or manipulate sltvip's bonus system — including but not limited to bet hedging, low-risk wagering strategies deployed solely to satisfy wagering requirements, and systematic abuse of multiple accounts to claim the same Promotion — are strictly prohibited. sltvip reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to permanently close accounts, where bonus abuse is detected.
• Expiry: Promotional credits not used within the stated validity period will be automatically forfeited. sltvip will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
• Modification and Withdrawal: sltvip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Promotion at any time and for any reason, with reasonable notice where practicable. Participation in any Promotion constitutes acceptance of the applicable terms.

7. Gameplay Rules and Technical Provisions

All games available on sltvip — including slots, live casino table games, bingo, video poker, sabong, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules available within each game interface or product section. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, these Terms shall prevail except where the game rules specifically address a situation not covered by these Terms.

All digital games (slots, video poker, bingo, RNG-based table games) use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and certified for fairness and compliance. Live dealer games use physical cards, wheels, and other implements operated by certified dealers in professional studio environments. sltvip does not manipulate, alter, or influence game outcomes.

In the event of a system error, communication failure, or technical malfunction during gameplay, sltvip reserves the right to void affected bets and restore account balances to their pre-error state. sltvip is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity disruptions experienced by the Member. Where a technical error results in an erroneous win being credited to a Member's account, sltvip reserves the right to reclaim that amount regardless of whether it has been withdrawn.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sltvip platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

1. Registering more than one account or providing false identity information during registration or KYC;
2. Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing an individual under 21 to access your account;
3. Accessing sltvip from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
4. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game, betting market, or platform feature;
5. Colluding with other players in card games, sports betting, or any other competitive gaming context;
6. Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage — any such advantage gained must be reported to sltvip immediately and will be voided;
7. Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any financial crime through the sltvip platform;
8. Charging back or disputing legitimate transactions with your bank or payment provider while retaining the benefit of those funds on sltvip;
9. Harassing, threatening, or abusing sltvip staff, support agents, or other Members through any communication channel;
10. Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming limit, self-exclusion, or account restriction that you have placed on your own account or that sltvip has applied.

9. Responsible Gaming

sltvip is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help Members maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all sltvip Members from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Maximum net loss thresholds per day, week, or month, after which further wagering is suspended for the applicable period.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session termination after a Member-configured time period. A pop-up reminder is displayed at the configured interval.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporary suspension of gaming access for periods between 24 hours and 30 days. A cooling-off period cannot be revoked before it expires.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or time-limited exclusion from all sltvip products. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for their full stated duration. During a self-exclusion period, sltvip will not reinstate access regardless of the Member's request. Permanent self-exclusion is indefinite.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the sltvip platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, game interfaces, graphics, text, software code, sound effects, animations, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of sltvip or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sltvip platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the sltvip platform without our prior written consent.

The sltvip name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of sltvip. Unauthorized use of these marks in connection with any product, service, or platform is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sltvip's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their sltvip account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

sltvip is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunity, even if sltvip has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

sltvip does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the sltvip platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. sltvip reserves the right to suspend platform access for maintenance, upgrades, or regulatory compliance purposes at any time, with or without advance notice.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute relating to a game outcome, transaction, bonus settlement, or any other aspect of your use of the sltvip platform, the following process applies:

1. Initial Contact: Submit your complaint via Live Chat or email to the sltvip support team, providing your account username, the relevant transaction ID or game round reference, the nature of your complaint, and any supporting screenshots or documentation.
2. Review Period: sltvip's support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 5 business days. Complex matters requiring technical investigation may take up to 14 business days.
3. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of sltvip's internal review, you may escalate the dispute to PAGCOR or the relevant regulatory authority in your jurisdiction. sltvip will cooperate fully with any such regulatory review.

During the pendency of any dispute, sltvip may temporarily freeze the relevant portion of your account balance. You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider while a complaint is under review — doing so will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

13. Amendments to These Terms

sltvip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, sltvip will provide reasonable advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform, a notification within the Member's account dashboard, or an email to the Member's registered email address, at least 7 days prior to the amendment taking effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by applicable law or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the sltvip platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the amendment takes effect. The current version of these Terms, bearing the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page, is the version that applies to your use of sltvip at any given time.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 12 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

sltvip operates within the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR pursuant to Presidential Decree No. 1869 (as amended) and applicable implementing rules and regulations. Members are responsible for ensuring that their use of the sltvip platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
