This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how sltvip ("sltvip," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at sltvip.cam, collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects the personal information of individuals who register for and use our services ("Members," "Players," "you," or "your").
This Policy applies to all personal data processed by sltvip in connection with the provision of our online casino, sports betting, bingo, sabong, and related gaming services, as well as our website, mobile-optimized platform, customer support channels, and marketing communications. By creating a sltvip account or otherwise using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Policy.
This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, which govern your use of the sltvip platform. Where there is any conflict between these two documents, the Terms & Conditions shall prevail except where this Policy specifically addresses a privacy matter not covered in the Terms.
Important: If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, you must not register for or use the sltvip platform. Your continued use of sltvip following any updates to this Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
2. Data Controller
For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and related implementing rules and regulations, sltvip is the data controller responsible for the personal information you provide to us and that we collect from your use of our services.
As the data controller, sltvip determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data. We are registered with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines and comply with all applicable Philippine data protection legislation, as well as the regulatory requirements imposed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) on licensed online gaming operators.
You can contact sltvip's Data Protection Officer regarding any privacy concerns, data subject requests, or questions about this Policy using the contact information provided in Section 14 of this document.

5. Legal Basis for Processing
sltvip processes your personal data on the following legal grounds under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and applicable Philippine regulations:
- Contractual Necessity: Processing is necessary to perform the contract between you and sltvip — specifically, to provide the gaming services, process payments, and manage your account as described in our Terms & Conditions.
- Legal Obligation: Processing is required for sltvip to comply with applicable legal obligations, including PAGCOR licensing conditions, AML and KYC requirements under Republic Act No. 9160, and the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
- Legitimate Interests: Processing is necessary for sltvip's legitimate interests — including fraud prevention, platform security, responsible gaming monitoring, and platform improvement — provided those interests do not override your fundamental privacy rights.
- Consent: Where sltvip processes your personal data for purposes beyond those described above — such as direct marketing communications — we will obtain your explicit consent beforehand. You may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
6. Data Sharing and Disclosure
sltvip does not disclose your personal data to third parties except in the circumstances described below:
6.1 Service Providers
sltvip shares personal data with third-party service providers who perform functions on our behalf and who are contractually obligated to process your data only for the specific purpose for which it was disclosed and to maintain appropriate security standards. These include:
- Payment processors: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, for the purpose of processing deposits and withdrawals.

- Customer support platforms: Live chat and support ticketing systems used to manage and respond to Member inquiries.
6.2 Regulatory and Legal Disclosure
sltvip may disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and judicial bodies where required by applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulatory requirements. This includes disclosure to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), PAGCOR compliance offices, and competent courts upon receipt of a lawful order or subpoena.
6.3 Corporate Transactions
In the event of a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or restructuring involving sltvip or its parent entity, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of the transaction. In such an event, sltvip will notify affected Members and ensure that appropriate data protection commitments are maintained by the acquiring party.
6.4 With Your Consent
sltvip may share your personal data with third parties in other circumstances not described above, but only with your prior explicit consent. You will be clearly informed of the nature, purpose, and recipients of any such sharing before you provide consent.
Reminder: sltvip will never share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes. Any sharing outside the categories above requires your explicit consent.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
sltvip uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — and similar tracking technologies to operate the platform, remember your preferences, analyze usage patterns, and support fraud prevention. The categories of cookies used by sltvip are:
- Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for the operation of the sltvip platform, including session management, authentication, security, and the remembering of responsible gaming settings. These cookies cannot be disabled without impairing core platform functionality.
- Performance and Analytics Cookies: Used to collect aggregated information about how Members use the sltvip platform — such as which pages are most visited, game load times, and navigation patterns — for the purpose of improving platform performance and user experience. Data collected through these cookies is anonymized where practicable.
- Functional Cookies: Used to remember your preferences, such as your preferred language, display settings, and login state, so that you do not need to re-enter them on each visit.
- Security and Fraud Prevention Cookies: Used to detect and prevent fraudulent activity, multiple-account creation, and bot activity on the sltvip platform.
You can manage or disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the sltvip platform. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled through browser settings without rendering the platform non-functional.
8. Data Security
sltvip implements technical and organisational measures designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include:
- Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your device and sltvip's servers is encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS protocols, ensuring that your personal data and account credentials cannot be intercepted during transmission.
- Encryption at Rest: Sensitive personal data, including identity verification documents and payment method identifiers, is encrypted at rest in sltvip's secure database infrastructure.
- Access Controls: Access to personal data within sltvip's systems is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis. All staff with access to personal data are subject to confidentiality obligations and receive regular data protection training.
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): sltvip strongly recommends that all Members enable 2FA on their accounts. 2FA is mandatory for all internal sltvip staff accounts with access to Member data.
- Regular Security Audits: sltvip's infrastructure is subject to regular security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability scanning to identify and remediate potential security risks before they can be exploited.
- Incident Response: sltvip maintains a documented data breach incident response procedure. In the event of a breach affecting your personal data, sltvip will notify affected Members and the National Privacy Commission in accordance with the timeframes prescribed by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
While sltvip takes all reasonable measures to protect your personal data, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your own account credentials. If you believe your sltvip account has been compromised, please contact our support team immediately via Live Chat.
9. Data Retention
sltvip retains your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. Specific retention periods applicable to sltvip include:
- Active Account Data: Personal data associated with your sltvip account is retained for as long as your account remains open and active.
- KYC and Identity Documents: Identity verification documents and related correspondence are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of submission or from the date of account closure, whichever is later, in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and Philippine AML legislation.
- Transaction Records: Records of all deposits, withdrawals, and wagering activity are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, consistent with PAGCOR compliance obligations and the requirements of Republic Act No. 9160.
- Customer Support Communications: Records of Live Chat sessions, email correspondence, and support ticket history are retained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of the communication, for quality assurance, dispute resolution, and compliance purposes.
- Closed Account Data: Upon account closure, sltvip will retain the minimum personal data necessary to comply with legal, regulatory, and anti-fraud obligations for the applicable retention period, after which it will be securely deleted or anonymized.
Where retention beyond the periods above is required by a specific legal obligation, court order, or regulatory direction, sltvip will retain the relevant data for the duration of that obligation and no longer.
10. Your Data Subject Rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by sltvip. To exercise any of these rights, please contact sltvip's Data Protection Officer using the contact information in Section 14.
- Right to Be Informed: You have the right to be informed about how sltvip collects, uses, and processes your personal data, as described in this Privacy Policy.
- Right of Access: You have the right to request a copy of the personal data that sltvip holds about you, together with information about the purposes for which it is processed, the categories of data concerned, and the recipients to whom it has been disclosed.
- Right to Rectification: You have the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data that sltvip holds about you. Where corrections affect identity or KYC data, additional verification may be required before the correction is applied.
- Right to Erasure: You have the right to request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, where you have withdrawn consent (and no other lawful basis applies), or where processing is unlawful. This right is subject to sltvip's legal retention obligations — data required for AML, KYC, and regulatory compliance purposes cannot be deleted before the applicable retention period has elapsed.
- Right to Object: You have the right to object to processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. You may also object to processing based on sltvip's legitimate interests, in which case sltvip will cease that processing unless compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests are demonstrated.
- Right to Data Portability: You have the right to receive a copy of the personal data you have provided to sltvip in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, and to have that data transmitted to another data controller where technically feasible.
- Right to Lodge a Complaint: If you believe that sltvip has processed your personal data in a manner that violates the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.
sltvip will respond to data subject requests within 30 days of receipt. Where a request is complex or involves a large volume of data, this period may be extended by a further 30 days, with notice provided to you of the extension and the reasons for it.
Identity Verification Required: To protect the security of your personal data, sltvip requires identity verification before processing any data subject request. We will ask you to confirm your identity using your registered contact details and, where necessary, a copy of your government-issued ID before fulfilling your request.
11. Children's Privacy and Underage Users
sltvip is strictly an adults-only platform. Access to all sltvip products and services is limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age, consistent with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. sltvip does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 21.
All registration attempts are subject to age verification procedures, including mandatory KYC verification of government-issued Philippine ID prior to withdrawal. Where sltvip discovers or has reason to believe that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21, that account will be immediately suspended, the personal data will be securely deleted (subject to any mandatory legal retention requirements), and any deposits will be returned to the payment method used for the deposit.
If you have reason to believe that a minor has registered or attempted to register on the sltvip platform, please notify us immediately via Live Chat or at the email address provided in Section 14.
12. International Data Transfers
sltvip primarily stores and processes personal data within data centres located in the Philippines or in jurisdictions that have been assessed as providing an adequate level of data protection consistent with Philippine standards. Where personal data is transferred to third-party service providers located outside the Philippines — for example, international game providers or cloud infrastructure providers — sltvip ensures that such transfers are subject to appropriate contractual safeguards, including data processing agreements that impose obligations on the recipient equivalent to those applicable under the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
By using the sltvip platform and providing your personal data, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside the Philippines in accordance with the safeguards described above.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
sltvip reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or PAGCOR regulatory requirements. When we make material changes to this Policy, we will provide reasonable advance notice by posting a prominent notice on the sltvip platform, sending a notification to your registered email address, or displaying an in-account alert — in each case at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the sltvip platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the revised Policy, you must cease using sltvip and may request account closure as set out in our Terms & Conditions.
We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how sltvip protects your personal data.
